Weezie Gross' six goals and Katherine Geffken's eight saves led Andover girls lacrosse 18-1 over Haverhill in the first round of the Division 1 North tournament.

Aryanna Poirier erupted for seven goals to power Methuen to a 15-14 win over Methuen. Ashley Horan had four goals. Alex Comeau (19 saves) led Haverhill.

Freshman Emily Schultz delivered a breakout performance, tying for the game-high with four goals and adding three assists to lead Haverhill to a 15-10 win over Lowell.

Abby Nauffts scored seven goals and added seven assists to lead Andover to a 21-10 victory over Tewksbury.

Julia Rankin and Jaime Martel were "phenomenal on defense" said coach Mindy Cripps after her Haverhill squad beat Dracut 19-7. Angela Tricomi had four goals and Abby Nauffts, Sydney Desmarais and Holly Pereira added three each.
