Central Catholic's field hockey team snapped a four-gamme losing streak, edging North Andover for the second time this year. In a back and forth game, Krista Maloney scored for the Raiders (8-6) in the first half on an assist from Sarah Reny. Sydney Thornhill played well in goal, making seven saves.

Sydney Thornhill made 12 saves, including one on a breakaway, as Central Catholic's field hockey team blanked Tewksbury 1-0. Julia Gagne scored in the second half for the Raiders (6-2).

Mary Lambert scored the game's only goal and Sydney Thornhill was credited with a whopping 25 saves as Central Catholic field hockey blanked Andover 1-0 on Saturday.
