Read More »MANCHESTER — Dennis Bishop rushed 22 times for 195 yards and a touchdown as Londonderry — which had 276 yards on the ground — won 34-32 over Manchester Memorial. The Lancers trailed 26-21 heading into the fourth quarter. But Timothy Jennings’ 3-yard TD run with 9:05 left in the game gave Londonderry a 27-26 lead. Then, Dave Weidenfield’s 9-yard touchdown reception from QB Aaron Gaudet with 6:07 left put the Lancers ahead 34-26. Manchester Memorial scampered for a 6-yard TD run with 2:27 left to pull within two points but that was it. The Lancers improved to 4-4 while Manchester Memorial dropped to 1-7. Gaudet completed 7 of 8 pass attempts for 74 yards, connecting with four receivers, including Bishop who hauled in a 16-yard catch.
