Central Catholic Raiders Girls Track and Field '13

Arndt tops in pole vault

Central Catholic's Madison Arndt took top honors in the pole vault at the Eastern Mass. Division 2 meet, soaring 10-6 to help the Raiders place fourth as a team. The 4x400 relay team of Taylor DePalo, Kylie Regan, Katie Equi and Alexa Poulin also pitched in with a second place finish.

Katie Equi was a double winner in the triple jump (33-4) and 400 hurdles (1:07.9) but Central Catholic lost 73-72 to Lowell. 

The meet came down to the 4x400, which Lowell won by a large margin.

Raider girls earn first

Hope Alaimo, Brianna Gagnon and Katie Equi each ran on the shuttle hurdles that took first in 66.21 and were the three members of the triple jump relay that placed second with a 98-4 1/2 to lead Central Catholic to victory in the MSTCA Division 2 relays. North Andover placed fourth as a team.
