Haverhill's girls ended a tough season in style by rallying for a season-ending 42-39 victory over Lawrence. Molly Hoopes ended her career with 12 points, 21 rebounds and 7 blocks to lead the way and Felicia Murray and Marlena Buco (12 points) had seven points apiece in a huge 16-point fourth quarter. The Hillies controlled the boards as Murray complemented Hoopes with 17 rebounds.

Molly Hoopes had 15 points, 17 rebounds and 12 blocked shots, but Haverhill girls basketball lost 50-33 to Dracut.

Senior reserve Erica Jarosz scored a career high nine points and Emily Cranston added eight points and 13 rebounds as Haverhill beat Malden 36-31.

The Haverhill girls dipped to 1-12 with a 31-23 non-league loss to Gr. Lowell. Molly Hoopes paced the Hillies with 12 point, 19 rebounds and five blocks.

Pesky defense from Courtney Zacharias, Nicole Carroll and Molly Condon proved to be troublesome for Haverhill as Methuen rolled to a 59-25 victory. The trio also combined for 17 points while the Hillies were led by Molly Hoopes (11 points and 18 rebounds).

Sophomore Rakel Tavitian made her varsity debut with 7 steals and six points to lead Haverhill to its first win, a 46-30 decision over Sanborn. Theresa Ross scored a game-high 11 points and Felecia Murray added 8.

Haverhill's Molly Hoopes had 21 rebounds to go along with 13 points for Haverhill in a 37-27 loss to Malden.
