Ryan O'Connell got to the Ipswich YMCA gymnasium at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday and put up 200 3-point shots, polishing up an already prolific skill to find the twine from outside the arc.
"Ryan? The best shooter I've seen around here in my 17 years," said Dan Letarte, the St. John's Prep basketball coach. "He's got to rank with the all-time best (shooters) here.
