Kyle Mansour scored 22 points to lead Methuen to a 63-50 win over Haverhill. The Hillies' Matt Jameson sunk five 3-pointers on his way to 20 points.

Luis Puello hurt his ankle again in the first quarter and didn't return but Central Catholic still rolled to a 74-46 win over Haverhill. Joel Berroa scored a game-high 16 points while Parker Rogers led the Hillies with 11.

Sam Dowden scored 27 points and pulled down nine rebounds as Andover won for the second straight game,  this time with a 68-55 win over Haverhill. James Costello had 10 for Andover and Edwin Valentin led Haverhill with 23.

Haverhill was clutch from the free throw line, including Parker Rogers with five free throws on the way to a game-high 19 points, and a last-second Methuen shot didn't fall as the Hillies held off the Rangers 58-55.

Parker Rogers scored 12 points and added 14 rebounds to lift Haverhill boys basketball to a 49-46 victory over Chelmsford.

Haverhill stayed tough despite losing top scorer Anthony Dionne (four points) to injury, but the Hillies fell to Tewksbury, 63-56. Edwin Valentin stepped up with another strong 3-point effort, draining four as part of a game-high 23 points for Haverhill.

Roberto Speing netted 14 points and added 14 rebounds. He also made five steals as Lawrence boys basketball won 92-62 over Haverhill. 

Edwin Valentin led all scorers with 22 points as Haverhill improved to 3-3, knocking off Dracut for the second time in a week, 65-44.
