Mike Weisman belted his fourth homer of the year, a 375-foot shot over the fence in right field, and Brandon Walsh fired six innings of two-run ball as North Andover wrapped up its regular season with a 7-2 win over Masconomet. Jon Swanton laced a two-run single and Dan Laorenza added an RBI double to break up a scoreless tie in fourth inning.

Brandon Walsh smashed his eighth home run of the season. Alec Jillson also homered as North Andover baseball won 4-1 over Masconomet to finish its CAL schedule undefeated. 

Masconomet exploded with timely hits when it needed them most, erupting for six runs in the top of the seventh inning to break open a tie game and defeat Pentucket, 9-3. Chris Eiserman and Zach Bruk drove in runs as part of the Sachems' three-run fifth.

Pentucket junior Alex Ministeri, a JV pitcher a year ago, made his 2011 debut a dazzler, firing a 3-hitter with 11 strikeouts to slay Masconomet, 2-1. Chris Eiserman had a pair of hits for the winners.
