Ellie Morris scored a season-high 8 points to help Sanborn take down Pembroke, 51-31. Madison Houghton led the Indians with 14 points, and both Grace Merry-Carreiro and Ellen McGough added 9. 

Tied after five players, Windham golf's Jack Flanagan scored 19 points to lock up the Jaguars' (106 points) sweep of Hollis Brookline (105), Souhegan (102) and Pembroke (64). 

Diggy Lawson singled, stole second and came around to score on a wild pitch for the lone run in Pelham's 1-0 victory over Pembroke. Matt Poff threw a complete-game shutout, allowing just five hits.

Luke Leblanc was everywhere for Sanborn baseball. He tossed a complete-game allowing just one earned run with seven strikeouts, and he also went 2 for 4 at the plate with an RBI and two runs scores as the Indians downed Pembroke 8-2.

Freshman Cam Rouleau won a faceoff for Timberlane boys hockey in overtime, and Chris Longchamps fired a shot from the blue line that beat the Pembroke goalie top-shelf and gave the Owls a 4-2 win.

Timberlane avenged an early-season loss to Pembroke with a 50-46 win. Sam Hovan had 12, Calvin Geisler 10 and Bob Horgan 10 in the win. 

Don't underestimate Timberlane hockey. The Owls skated to their first win, beating 7-3 Pembroke, 4-1, behind goals from Chris Longchamps, Matt Lanceleve, Jake Heckman and Jared Knight. Freshman defensman Wes Anderson played well in the win.

MANCHESTER, N.H. - How could it possibly end like this?

For more than 90 minutes, Windham and Pembroke boys soccer played to a draw in the N.H. Division 2 state championship game. After numerous close chances and huge saves late in regulation and in overtime for both teams, the thrilling title match looked sure to end in a shootout.

In a game that could have gone either way, Pelham fell to Pembroke 4-3 in the Division 2 quarterfinals. Sarah Ratcliffe had a two-run single for the Pythons, who finished with a 14-4 record.
