The biggest play was a 54-yard interception return by junior Joshua Tejada.

Nataly Guzman led Greater Lawrence in service points (17), assists (11) and aces (10) as the Reggies topped Chelsea 3-0.

With time running out for Presentation of Mary, which will close after this school year, the Panthers registered a big 3-1 win over Chelsea in volleyball. Sara D’Agostino had six kills and 5 blocks and Arlette Cabral had seven aces among her 20 service points for PMA. It will play its last home game ever Thursday.

Kerry Ortiz had 10 aces of her 15 service points and led Greater Lawrence with nine kills as the Reggies (7-40 swept Chelsea.

Presentation of Mary softball downed Chelsea, 9-6, to clinch the top spot in the CAC. Eva Fabino, Marisa Leveroni and Elaina Latino all notched two hits apiece, while Latino got the win in the circle.

Junior Elaina Latino pitched a 3-hit gem and Katy Quinn had two RBIs to pace PMA to a 4-3 win over Chelsea and at least a share of the CAC league small school championship

Ariana Cruz hit a home run, Jaslyn Abreu and Tayah Gourley each knocked in three RBIs and Greater Lawrence dominated in an 18-6 win over Chelsea. Cruz and Lexie Malenfant led the way with 4 runs scored apiece.

Shamil Diaz won the discus (99-3), the 100 (11.7) and the 200 (24.6) and Greater Lawrence got off to a winning start by beating Chelsea, 99-37. Pablo Mora won the high jump and 110 hurdles, while Ader Mezidor was first in the shot put and triple jump.
