Matt Serrette was dialed in yet again, pouring in 23 points on four 3's to lead Sanborn to a 65-58 win over Belmont. The junior was averaging 15.3 points heading into the game.

Behind a 41-save effort from Austin Conley, Sanborn played a complete game and took a 3-1 win over Belmont. Cam Vose scored twice and added an assist in victory, while Etahan Paul added a tally of his own.

Sanborn's girls held Belmont to two points in the second quarter on their way to a 43-34 victory. Ally Statezni led the Indians, now 11-1, with 15 points.

Despite it being in a losing effort, Sanborn sophomore Matt Sarette pumped in a career-high 18 points on two 3-pointers.

Playing in his first ever varsity game, Sanborn freshman Sebastian Roland scored the game-winning goal to beat Belmont 2-1.

Pelham girls lacrosse, which went winless last spring, was down by two goals to Belmont yesterday with 1:45 left so things weren't looking up. 

But Brooke Paradis changed all that. She scored to cut the deficit to one goal, then scored again a minute later to tie it. 

Belmont scored two late power-play goals to earn the 3-3 tie against Windham-Pelham. Jill Moffitt had 20 saves for the Wolfpack while Chad Desautels, Dustin Lubinger and Justin Miedico scored.

Belmont-Gilford scored in overtime to beat Windham-Pelham, 6-5, in the Division 3 quarterfinals.

Senior Caitlin Re turned aside 45 shots and Dustin Lubinger scored twice as No. 5 Windham-Pelham advanced to the Division 3 semifinals with a 4-2 win over No. 4 Belmont-Guilford.  Nick Morin and Kory Lubinger also scored for the Wolfpack.
