Methuen bounced back from its first loss of the season with three resounding wins in a quad-meet. Unbeatend Jarmany Colon and Matt Cabezas both had three first-period pins for the Rangers (17-1), CJ Brown had three pins at 160 and Zabian Cruz bumped to 152 and had a solid 10-5 win over Framingham Holiday finalist Nick Mazzuchelli of St. John’s.

Methuen remained unbeaten (17-0) and tuned up for its MVC showdown at home Wednesday against Chelmsford tuned up by romping to three wins at Canton. Joe Gangi (106), Evan Stoddard (113/120) and Travis Manick were all perfect on the day with all first period pins. Junior Erick Lucas filled in at 182 and had two pins and a technical fall and Femi Marquis stood out at 160.

Methuen High's Amanda Conway had three more goals to give her 51 and Rangers Kelly Blackwell and Kathleen LeFebre also tallied.
