Hessey Calixte notched a game-high 12 points as Greater Lawrence beat Notre Dame Cristo Rey 32-17 

After dropping their first two meets, Greater Lawrence's girls won their last six, capped by a 15-50 shutout of Notre Dame in which Erianna Valverde took first in a personal-best 21:55 on the 3.0-mile home Reggies' course. The Greater lawrence boys also won 15-50 led by Marcus Olivieri in 17:55 to finish 5-3.

After dropping their first two meets, Greater Lawrence's girls cross country team won its next six, culminating with a 15-50 win over Notre Dame of Lawrence. Erianna Valverde led the way with a personal-best 21:55 on the Reggies' 3.0-mile course. The Greater Lawrence boys also won 15-50 with Marcos Olivieri taking first in 17:55.

Trailing by 11 points at halftime, Notre Dame of Lawrence charged back with 37 points in the second half  to edge Greater Lawrence 52-50.

The Greater Lawrence girls basketball team had its best quarter when it most mattered, rallying with 14 points in the fourth quarter to overtake Notre Dame, 37-34. Kyana Pena led the way with 11 point and Jaslyn Abreu added 10.

Eva Fabino went 5 for 5, scored five runs and drove in a further four to lead Presentation of Mary softball to a 17-4 rout of Notre Dame Cristo Rey, as the Panthers will now head into state tournament.

Lawrence's softball team finally played its first game Friday and made the most of it, blasting Notre Dame of Tyngsboro 28-1 in a mercy-shortened game. Maria Lopez was 3 for 6 with four RBIs and Mikayla Rivera was 3 for 3 with two RBIs while scoring four times. Jazlyne Jenkins threw a one-hitter for the win.

Janaliz Guzman had a team-high 12 points on four 3s to lift Greater Lawrence to a 58-25 win over Notre Dame of Tyngsboro. Laisha Joaquin added 11 points, Juliana Diaz had 8 and Shanely Henriquez had 7 as the Reggies (10-5) qualified for the state tournament.

Presentation of Mary girls basketball qualified for the state tournament with a 38-32 win over Notre Dame. The Panthers (10-3) get 12 points from Mackenzie Weldon, and an 8-point, 8-steal effort from Elaina Latino in the win. Speaking of Latino, who had scored just 13 points all season heading into the game, coach Brian Martin said: "She played the game of her life."

Laisha Joaquin scored a game-high 18 points, including four 3-pointers, as Greater Lawrence downed Notre Dame of Tyngsboro 44-31.
