A trio of Andover boys tennis players advanced during Saturday's opening round of the North Sectional individual tournament. David Grossman won two matches comfortably at singles, 6-0, 6-0 and 6-1, 6-1, and Avi Jonarthanan is also advancing after a 6-4, 6-4 win. At doubles, the Warriors' top team of Sam Feng and Bryan Hun Htun won 6-4, 6-1. The individual tournament continues Sunday.
