Strengths: Ten of 11 starters return, led by a strong defense. Salabella leads a strong defense. Lizzy Fanning and Sutherby both have great promise.
Concerns: All-star goalie Amber Smith has taken the year off to concentrate on basketball. Webb, who played eight games in net starting at midseason a year ago, will be the starter this fall.
Coach's outlook: "We want to improve our record within the Cape Ann League. Of our 13 losses last year, 12 were one or two-goal losses. We hope to stun a few more people this year."
