Jarrett McKallagat had day to remember as he led Timberlane to the top spot in yesterday's Seacoast meet. McKallagat was a three-time winner and even found time to earn a second place finish as well.
In the 13-team meet, the Owls earned 106.5 points to edge Winnacunnet's 105.
McKallagat earned the top spot in the 300 hurdles (41.14) and was part of both winning relay teams — the 4x100 (45.46) and the 4x400 (3:32.19). His 15.62 in the 110 hurdles was good for second place.
Matt Dionne earned two second place finishes for the Owls, earning the runner-up spot in the high jump (6-1) and the triple jump (38-8.75).
On the girls' side, Timberlane took third place, finishing with 78 points to trail Exeter (119) and Coe-Brown (99). Lindsey Patterson won the pole vault (10-0) and was part of the winning 4x100 relay team (51.71). She finished second in the 300 hurdles (48.14).
