NASHUA, N.H. | Three interceptions proved to be Londonderry's undoing in a 22-13 loss to Nashua South. The Lancers' playoff fate now rests in the hands of Salem. If the Blue Devils beat West next week, the Lancers are in. If not, they'll be on the outside looking in.

An Alex Theodhosi 36-yard touchdown run late in the third quarter cut the deficit to 15-13, but South, which suffered its first loss of the season last week against Salem, added an insurance score with 4:48 to play.

Londonderry (6-3, 5-3 Division 1) suffered a devastating blow when South returned a late interception 57 yards to the 20 to set up a 36-yard field goal on the final play off the half.

Theodhosi set the Lancers' season rushing title on his touchdown run. He surpassed Steve Miller's eight-year-old mark of 1,450 yards. Londonderry statistics have Theodhosi with 1,497 yards this fall.

Middle linebacker Gary Glines had six solo tackles and two assists and outside linebacker Brandon Jackson had two solo tackles and three assists in one half of action to lead the Londonderry defense.

Friday the Lancers will wrap up their regular season with a non-league matchup at Dover at 7 p.m.
