Katin shines in defeat

PELHAM — Pelham's Charlie Katin took the opening kickoff to the 2 and Robert Ryan punched it in from there but it was all St. Thomas after that.

The defending state champion Saints rolled to a 35-6 win. Katin also shined at safety.

Pelham (0-2) will try to bounce back Friday at Milford (7 p.m.).
