Alex Jonson won the 110 hurdles in 14.75 and anchored the 4x100 relay that also ran to victory (44.04) to lead Windham to a second-place finish as a team at the New Hampshire Division 2 championship on Saturday with 53 points. Souhegan (82) was the winner.
Jaguars senior Jared Hathway added second-place finishes in the 100 (11.21) and 200 (23.20) and teamed with Jonson, Jack Connors and Connor Brennan on the winning relay. Kevin Frey added a runner-up finish in the 300 hurdles (41.84) and Pete Caron was third in the 3,200 (9:57.09) for Windham.
Dom Branco led Pelham, winning the shot put with a 40-10 while Cameron Star was second in the 3,200 (9:54.56).
For Sanborn, Nason Clough placed second in the shot put (44-3.5) and discus (123-2). Also for the Indians, Christian Ehlers was third in the 400 (51.30).
