Junior Nick Barrett returns to the program after taking last year off. ... The 27 candidates for the team is by far the largest in four years.

Coach Matt Regan (1st year): "We haven't made the playoffs yet, so that's our first goal, but I'll be disappointed if we don't make it. And, if we're not a low seed, we could do something. We have a strong junior class who started with me as freshmen. (Juniors) Mike Woonton, Sean Paradis and C.J. Ziogas are very good and (R.J.) Riddinger is a leader on defense."
