The Pinkerton girls cross country team swept the competition at Alvirne yesterday, beating out defending Division 1 state champion Bishop Guertin in the process. Senior Ariel Vaillancourt took first overall (12:45), followed by newcomer sophomore Maison D'Amelio (12:46).
