The final score had North Andover girls tennis handing Chelmsford its first loss, 5-0, but the match was far from cut and dried as the shutout score shows.

Four of the five matches went to three sets and two of those matches involved tiebreakers.

Jess Shea (second singles) shook off a second-set tiebreaker loss to eke out a 7-5 tiebreaker in the third, and Yuri Kim (third singles) rebounded from a first-set loss to take a gritty, match-deciding 8-6 tiebreaker.
