North Andover stands in second place with 73.5 points, just behind Winchester's 76, but is sending six wrestlers into the Division 2 semifinals. Danielle Coughlin (106), Peter Taylor (113), Zane Melillo (132), Fritz Hoehn (152), Brad Drover (160) and Ryan Neals (182) will all battle today for state championships at Marshfield High School.
Winchester has four athletes competing for titles.
A trio of Central Catholic grapplers advanced, Brandon Desfosses at 120, Pat Lacroix at 126 and Ben Tavitian at 220.
Greater Lawrence's Luis Mateo joins Tavitian in the 220 winner's bracket as three North sectional competitors made it to the final four.
Whittier's Shahib Blount has had a strong start at 170 after finishing third in North last weekend. Blount pinned Metro runner-up Tak Hirayama of Needham at 1:41 and Central champ Jeremiah Woodward of Quabbin in 5:26.
