Ryley Warnock drove in three runs, rapped three singles and earned the victory with 4 2/3 innings of two-hit ball as North Reading won the school's sixth baseball state title and first since 1982 with a convincing win over Mt. Everett.

The Hornets (22-4) scored six runs while batting around the order in the second for all the offense they would need. Five of those runs were with two out as well as the lone run in the fourth.
