Coach Tim Powers (4th year, 33-32): "Losing six seniors last year gives this team a whole new look and they have come together very quickly, this early in the season. We are going to have to make our mark on defense. That is what wins games. Briana (Szidat) has matured a lot as a player and she is going to need to continue the trend. Teams will be looking to stop her and we have to be creative in ways to use her offensively. She has enough skill and knows she can play with the best."
