NORTH ANDOVER — Amanda Petrow erupted for 23 points to lift Methuen to a 62-48 win over Salem in the consolation round of the Greater Lawrence Christmas Tourney. Petrow did much of her work at the line, hitting 11 of 17 from the charity stripe.
She was backed by Abby Galloway-Burke with 14 points and Beka Costa with 13. The win was the Rangers' first in four games this winter.
Emily Hickey (17) and Brenna Blakslee (13) combined for 30 of the Blue Devil points.
