Exeter too much as Big Blue finish winless

EXETER — Phillips Academy fell behind early and could not recover in a 39-6 season-ending loss to archrival Phillips Exeter.

Mike Sullivan's 35-yard touchdown run was the lone hightlight for a Big Blue (0-8) team that could only accumulate 66 ground yards. Tyler West led the offense with 51 rushing yards.

"It has been a long season," said Phillips coach Leon Modeste. "I know we didn't wn any games but the kids definatly improved. We just have to work hadrd in the off season and get better."
