The 16-member Lancers cheerleading team has placed top five in the state for the past several years, coming in fifth at last year's state championships.
The team is coached by Londonderry High math teacher Michelle Sharp and assistant coach Katie Kimball, a graduate student at the University of New Hampshire. The team's choreographer is Rod Harrelson, who is currently dancing in "Legally Blond" on Broadway.
Sharp, who has coached the team for nine years, said she lets the team pick out its music, and currently they perform to "Me Love" and "The Way I Are."
