Jorge Martinez stepped up with the bases loaded to blasted a grand slam over the right field wall to send Whittier on its way to a 7-4 victory over Greater Lawrence.

Andrew Wells delivered his 20th career complete-game, striking out 11, to help lead Whittier past Lowell Catholic, 4-3. Wells helped himself as well, going 3 for 3 and driving in a key run.

Ralph Francesconi was 3 for 4 with three RBIs and three runs scored as Whittier continued to roll with an 11-3 victory over Northeast. Jorge Martinez added three RBIs for the winners.

 Nate Frongillo stroked the 100th hit of his career in Whittier baseball's 3-0 win over Greater Lowell.  

Nate Frongillo collected two hits — including the 99th of his varsity career — to go with three RBIs and a run as Whittier rolled over Lynn Tech 17-2.

Andrew Wells went the distance with 10 strikeouts and Jaylin Deveau hammered a 350-foot, three-run homer over the fence to highlight Whittier's 10-2 win over Shawsheen.

Jaylin Deveau blasted a three-run homer over the fence in left field in the first, and Ralph Francesconi knocked a solo homer out to center in the third to lead Whittier to a 7-1 drubbing of Northeast.
