St. John's Prep's young golfers improved to 6-2 by beating Catholic Memorial. The two low scorers for the Prep, freshmen Steve Dilisio and James Turner, shot a 35 and 36 respectively and junior Max Burt of North Andover fired a 37.

Central Catholic's Tyler Nelson fired a 1-under 35 to lead Central Catholic past Dracut, 18-2. His Raider teammate, Ryan Mahoney, shot an even-par 36.

Windham finished off its second straight undefeated season of golf, easily beating Coe-Brown and Milford in the final match of the regular season. Connor Greenleaf (medalist with a 36) and Stephen Beck (37) led the Jaguars.

In the wind and rain at Stonebridge Country Club, undefeated Windham rallied behind Adam Dolan's low round of the day, a 37, to knock off the division's only other unbeaten team, Hanover, as well as Goffstown.

Pentucket senior co-captain Chris Gilman had a match to remember against Newburyport yesterday. Along with leading the Sachems in points with 28 (he shot a 40), Gilman holed an eagle on the par-4 ninth hole at Haverhill Country Club, dropping his shot in the cup from about 145 yards out. He also had a birdie on yesterday's scorecard.

Pentucket lost a heartbreaking golf match to Masconomet, 166-165, but Crystal Knight, the Sachems' No. 1 player, provided a big highlight. Playing the 351-yard, par-5 ninth hole at Ipswich's Turner Hill, Knight nailed her drive on an uphill fairway dotted with sand traps, then placed her approach shot within a few feet of the hole. She then dropped in the putt for an impressive eagle.

Pelham's unbeaten golf team continued to dominate its Division 3 oppoisition. Led by a par-36 from Jake Vaiknoras, the Pythons (8-0) scored 155 points, defeating runner-up Gilford by a whopping 22 strokes in a three-team meet. Brad Pomerleau was two strokes back with a 38. 

Connor Greenleaf brought his A game, firing a white-hot four-under 33 as unbeaten Windham topped Sanborn and Hollis-Brookline. The Jaguars' 183 score was a school record.

Taylor Simpson fired a sizzling 35 to pace the Londonderry golf team to a sweep of nashua North and hiost Salem, improving the Lancers to 5-0.

Taylor Simpson's 39 led Londonderry to a convincing first-place finish in a quad-meet with Manchester West, Timberlane and Alvirne yesterday. The Lancers also carded 40s from Curtis Harper, Nick Stevens and Dan Pleva. Nick stone also fired off a 42.
