KINGSTON, N.H. — Chris Hanna scored on runs of 19 and 47 yards and Sanborn blitzed Manchester West 39-8.

Coach John Welch said he had to tabulate the numbers but that Hanna was over 200 yards rushing.

Windham girls soccer blew out Manchester West 9-0, with Rachel Kane, Scarlett Souter and Kate Burzleff all scoring their first career varsity goals. Ali Schiebel and Emily Orciani led the offense with two goals each.

Jake Morgan had the hat trick and Zac Colvin scored twice for Windham in a 7-0 win over West.

Pelham soccer snapped a 15-game losing streak with a 1-1 tie against Manchester West in its season opener. Matt Poff scored the lone goal, and Sean Gellar made two saves in net. The Pythons previous non-loss was a 0-0 tie against Manchester West in last year's season opener.

Sanborn blanked West, 13-0, in six innings. Brook DesRoche fired a 3-hitter, Nicole Pitts went 4 for 4 and Grace DuBois drove in four runs.

Windham's Jordan Hillyer showed off her speed against Manchester West, going 4 for 4 with two triples in the 13-2 win for the Jaguars.

Pelham's softball team won its second straight, overpowering Manchester West 12-0 in five inningsPelham had 14 hits and got three [erfect innings from Shannon Morin, who struck out eight of nine batters.

Jenna Williamson rapped a three-run homer and Anna Desjardin tossed a two-hitter in Windham's 13-0 win over West.

Nini Berni scored a career-high 16 points to lead Windham to a 57-25 win over Manchester West. Junior Kaleigh Walsh added 14 points on three 3-pointers.

Lilly Shlimon erupted for 28 points on four 3-pointers to lift Pelham to a huge win over Manchester West.
