The Lancers return five starters from a club that was stunned by rival Pinkerton in the Class L quarters.

Coach Shawn Diaz (5th year, 51-17-4): "These guys have been an outstanding group. We have great leadership to go around. I think we always feel that when it comes down to playoff time, we're going to be vying for the top spot. (McLarney) will always be on everybody's radar. Sometimes that works out in our favor. Will Cavallo, Robbie and Billy grew up together. (Will's) just as skillful as those guys."
