Setting up the dream No. 1 vs. No. 2 showdown in the Division 1 finals, second-seeded Pinkerton slid by No. 3 Exeter, 9-7, in the semifinals. Casey Konnal and Nicole Curry each potted three goals, and Heather Carr led the team with four points (1 goal, 3 assists).
No. 1 Londonderry lived up to its end of the bargain by defeating No. 5 Concord handily, 11-4. Kayla Green led the way with six points (4 goals, 2 assists), and Taylor Hadcock turned aside six shots in net. The Lancers remain undefeated (17-0) in Division 1 play.
The Lancers and Astros square off Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Southern New Hampshire.
