Methuen quarterback: Matt Bartlett

Methuen coach: Pat Graham

Parking: The cluster of lots surrounding Dracut High are sufficient. If you're looking to get close to the field, stay to the right of the school. Those looking for a quick exit should head left.

Insider Tip: We're talking skillet grilled franks folks. Not boiled and shriveled, and not overwhelmed on a charcoal grill. The Middies get your mid-morning snack done the right way.

Series record: Dracut leads 23-18-3

Preview: The wins have still been hard to come by, but clearly Methuen has shown improvement under first-year coach Pat Graham.

The Rangers have lost four straight to Dracut, including last year's 35-6 thrashing.

The Rangers have already ended one drought -- a run of 33 MVC losses came to an end earlier this year against Haverhill. This one could end a mini-skid.

Dracut owns a win over powerhouse Billerica this year, and while the Middies have taken a step backward from a year ago, they remain formidable.

Matt Grimard heads the Middies' trademark spread offense. Dracut can eat up yards and score points in bunches. Methuen's talented skill players, like twins Matt and Mike Bartlett, Justin Marsan and a handful of others, will be under pressure, especially on the defensive side of the football.
