Andover's Rachel Mattison scored a 36.3 in the all around to lead the Golden Warriors to a convining win during yesterday's MVC meet. Andover's Jen Quirnbach finished fourth in the all-around and first in the vault.
"We stucke together as a team and pulled together qwhen it mattered most," said third year coach Kristen Vadala, who enjoyed her first league championship of her three year coaching career at Andover
Methuen's Katie Oskar finished second in the vault (9.2) and fifth in the all around (35.3). Central Catholic's Shilana Gallo finished first on the bars (9.6) and teammate Tori Catanzano took the top spot on the beam.
She is back from an injury and she went out there and had a lot of fun. Gave it her all.
