Saige Tudisco placed fifth overall to lead Pentucket to the team title at the Massachusetts girls Pentathlon. The Sachems scored a school-record 8,281
Tudisco scored 3,026 points, crushing her old school record of 2,543. She also broke the Pentucket long jump record (17-2 3/4).
Fellow Sachem Ellison Seymour took seventh overall (2,933) while her sister Sterling Seymour was 39th (2,322).
"This was an exciting night for the girls, to win this event is a huge accomplishment and I couldn't be any more proud of them," said coach Steve Derro.
On the boys side, Andover's Owen Moser placed an area-high 16th with 2,901 points.
