WINDHAM — The Windham High offense continued to be unstoppable Saturday aftyernoon.
The unbeaten Jaguars (8-0) put up 37 points in the first quarter and rolled to a 64-0 rout of Manchester West. Windham has averaged better than 60 points over its last three games and has scored an avergae of 49 per game throughout the season.
Despite the lopsided score, few of the regulars played significant minutes as 12 different players ran the ball and eight different players scored touchdowns, including Cody Stevens on a 44-yard fumble recovery as time expired in the second quarter following a hit by Milap Patel.
Christopher Burke was the efficient beneficiary of the TD parade as he made eight extra-point kicks and also booted two field goals in the fourth quarter.
"We were able to rest some young players and we were impressed with them moving the ball and the players supporting each other," said Windham coach Bill Raycraft.
Windham wraps up the regular season Friday against ConVal at home.
