Marty Conrad was the second individual overall, running 16:18.32 for 5K, and North Andover's boys cross country team placed second in the 16-team field at the Battle of the Border. Zach Frahlich finished sixth and improving sophomore Dan Kenney was ninth. Salem, which was seventh as a team, was led by Joe Settineri in eighth.

North Andover also finished second in the girls Battle of the Border, led by Mia Drury in seventh and Laura Dellechiaie in 15th.
