Odds and ends: Bob Riddinger, who was the middle school coach for nine years, replaces Derek Warshafsky, who resigned after five years to attend to his newborn son. Riddinger, who wrestled in western Pennsylvania growing up, has two sons on the team. ... Sophomore Mike Perruccio is a returning state champion at 103. ... Senior Gerry Godreau returns to the team after taking last year off. ... Junior Bruce Vieira, who stood out as a freshman but was injured last year, has opted not to come back out in order to concentrate on football. ... Senior Billy Sullivan was fourth in the IMS meet last year.
