Led by 141 yards for Ryder Strong, Phillips rushed for 328 yards as a team as the Big Blue pounded N.M.H. 50-6.
"We ran the ball very nicely and threw when we had to," said Phillips coach Leon Modeste. "Our offense was very out of sync last week. We just couldn't get anything done. This week we really showed what we can do."
Phillips was dominant out of the gates with four scores in the first quarter, two TD runs for Stone, a touchdown pass from Ian Maag to Matt Ilalio and a safety when John Cifrino sacked the quarterback int he end zone.
Jumaane Ford also starred on the ground, rushing for 103 yards and a TD, while TOm Lane and Brandon Michel also had scores.
Mike DeLaus paced the defense with a sack and eight tackles while Bobby Needham had two sacks and Tyler Marshall of Andover added five stops.
"The defense played really well," said Modeste. "Everyone contributed."
