Coach: Mike Rowinski (3rd year)

Last season: 14-8

Key players: Tim Holland, sr.; Brandon Wade, sr.; Jayme Spears, fr.; Kyle McKay, jr.; Joe Esposito, jr.

Newcomers: Julio Colon, so.; Kyle Perry, jr.; Mike Messman, so.; Josh Ingram, jr.; Anthony Conte, jr.; Mike Ruh, jr.

Strengths: The Royals are extremely deep at guard with kids that have extreme quickness and athleticism. Concerns: Georgetown is hurting for size, and stretched especially thin at the forward position after a couple of preseason injuries.

First game: December vs. Rockport (6:30 p.m.)

Coach's outlook: "If we can figure out who our scorers will be, I think we may have a shot at the wide open CAL Small division this year," Rowinski said. "We're young, but we're very talented surrounded by kids that know how to win."
