In preparation for a key Merrimack Valley Conference clash with unbeaten Chelmsford, Lawrence easily dispatched of Dracut, 25-13, 25-17, 25-13. Lance Thigpen turned in an excellent defensive effort with 12 digs for the Lancers (8-1). Next up will be Chelmsford, which has toppled powerful St. John's Prep and Andover so far this year.
