The Sanborn boys cross country team had its biggest win in years, placing first in the Pelham Invitational. And a pair of freshmen led the way.
Freshman Dylan Khalil was second overall in 17:15.57 on the 5K course and classmate Owen Stocker was sixth. Chris DeYoung and Ian Marsh finished ninth and 10th respectively.

Youth was on display for both Pinkerton and Londonderry Saturday at the Manchester Invitational.
With a lineup of underclassmen led by Joe Gagnon, Pinkerton finished 11th while Londonderry came in 16th. But the Lancers showed great promise by finishing 1-2-6 to win the freshman race.
