CONWAY, N.H. — Windham’s Scarlett Souter and Pelham’s Cameron Starr and Mia Herrling brought home state championships at the New Hampshire Division 2 Track and Field Championships on Saturday, with Souter winning the triple jump, Starr taking first in the 3,200-meter run and Herrling first in the high jump.
