EXETER — Tori Rothwell had a dream a couple days ago that she scored the winning goal to lead Timberlane to the Division 1 championship.

As the ball went into the scrum near the net, Timberlane coach Mim Ryan and the rest of the sideline loss view for a moment — until the celebration broke out.

Sarah Padellaro grabbed her own rebound and scored the game's only goal as Timberlane field hockey beat Concord 1-0 in the Division 1 quarterfinals. Juliana Mancinelli and MK Livingston combined for the shutout, and now the Owls will advance to the semifinals next Tuesday at 5 p.m.

Kylie Fitzpatrick, Tess Priest, Julia Lanctot and Sarah Padellaro as Timberlane rolled over Dover, 4-0, in the first round of the Division 1 playoffs.

Timberlane got goals from three different players and assists from three others in a hard-fought 3-2 field hockey victory over Bishop Guertin.

Kylie Fitzpatrick scored in a scramble in front of the net off a corner piece with 5:20 remaining in the game to put Timberlane on top of Merrimack 2-1. M.K. Livingston and Julia Mancinelli combined for four saves in the win, and Joy Steenson had the other goal for the Owls.
