Hornets bring it home

"We had our best relay team of the year ready to go," she said of the Hornets 4x400. A strong opening leg by Nicole Cecchini put the Hornets in contention. Triple jump winner Brittany Angiolillo took the baton on the second leg and turned a deficit into a lead - one which Emily Shaw and Tori Pearce - extended for the win, a fine 4:33.6 clocking and the meet victory over Newburyport.
