Lowell overcame a three-goal Haverhill lead to take a nail-biting 13-12 decision. Molly Gleason led the offense with five goals and two assists, and Stefani Vadeboncoeur stood out defensively for the Hillies.

Central girls lacrosse (14-4, 8-0) captured the MVC smal school championship with a 13-9 victory over Haverhill.  Courtney O'Neil led the way with four goals. 

The lone freshman on the Haverhill squad, Kristy Robertson, scored her first varsity goal as the Hillies dropped a 16-5 decision to Danvers. Briana Roldan turned in a fine effort guarding a busy Haverhill net, and midfielder Rachel Duchemin also contributed well in the setback.

Melissa Clark erupted for six goals and five assists and Molly Gleason added four and four as Haverhill tripped up Tewksbury 19-11.

Fourteen different Andover players scored as the Golden Warriors girls lax team beat Haverhill 15-5. Kylie Nagy, Lauren Lamagna and Laura Lilley all scored their first goals of the season. 

Molly Gleason (6 goals, 4 assists) and Melissa Clark (5 goals, 5 assists) proved to be unstoppable as Haverhill girls lacrosse tripped up Lowell 18-13.

The constant rain may have obliterated Haverhill's scorebook, but it didn't wash away a pair of strong performances in a 13-6 defeat of Dracut. Sophomore Katie Langlais scored in impressive fashion, a well-placed shot from long distance, to highlight the Hillie offense. Stefani Vadeboncouer came up huge on defense all day for Haverhill.

After falling behind in the first half, the Hillies came alive in the second half but fell just short, losing to Newburyport 11-9."The girls never gave up," Head Coach Melinda Cripps said. "Once they worked the kinks out it was a totally different team."
