Cam Mahoney (four saves) earned his first shutout of the year for the Astros (3-0) with help from seniors Mike Wanelik and Zach Wheeler as well as junior Dan Barker.

After a slugglish start which saw Pinkerton trailing Nashua South 2-1 at halftime, the Astros exploded for five goals in the final 16 minutes to secure a 6-2 victory. Pinkerton's Mike Wanelik potted four goals, including three of the final five while also adding an assist.
