Rioux wins 300th

Pinkerton senior Shealyn Testa scored on a corner with no time remaining to give coach Denise Rioux her 300th career win, during a 3-2 victory over Merrimack. The final six minutes featured four goals and two lead changes. The second half fireworks came with six minutes left as Merrimack scored to tie the game 1-1, Pinkerton went up 2-1, then Merrimack scored again with 1:40 left to tie the game 2-2. Pinkerton forcied four straight corners with no time remaining when Testa delivered the final goal. Rioux has coached Pinkerton for 26 years, posting a record of 300-77-24.
