Junior Segev Moritz of North Andover was the top local skier at the state meet with a 38th-place overall finish in a field of 145 skiers. Marblehead won the title for the third year in a row.

Led by senior Peter Radulski, the North Andover boys ski team had its best outing of the year in its last regular season meet. The Knights placed three skiers in the top nine and gave St. John's Prep its clodest decision of the year in addition to crushing Manchester-Essex. Radulski had a career-best fifth-place finish, Segev Moritz was seventh and Caleb Litster was ninth. 

North Andover skiing whipped Austin Prep and Haverhill-Swampscott. On the day, the Knights were led by Segev Moritz (4th) and Caleb Litster (11th). Nick Menezes from Haverhill High took 15th.

Segev Moritz placed sixth overall (28.65) as North Andover skiing rolled past Manchester Essex (100-35) and Andover (110-25).

Segev Moritz placed fifth overall to pace the North Andover skiers to a pair of victories in North Shore League ski action. The Knights had a good day, placing seven in the top 20 and 10 in the top 30 skiers.

There have been six meets scheduled but Tuesday was the first day of actual skiing in the North Shore Ski League. North Andover downed Masco, 91-44, led by Caleb Lister and Segev Moritz.
